Tiffany McGinty, Vice President, Recruiting
As Vice President, Recruiting, Tiffany McGinty is responsible for digital (online and mobile), integrated and print media sales searches Nationwide in all major metropolitan areas including Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Detroit, Dallas and Atlanta. Tiffany also places salespeople in the New York City metro area, as an integral part of the MRG team, and heads up our Canadian and UK/London searches. Tiffany joined Media Recruiting Group in 2004. Prior to MRG, Tiffany was a Media Buyer at KD&E where she handled the print and online advertising for clients within the gaming industry.
Janet Berg, Director, Recruiting
Janet Berg has been an Executive Recruiter with Media Recruiting Group since September 2005. Janet places candidates in digital (online and mobile), integrated, print and out-of-home advertising sales positions within the New York metropolitan area. Prior to joining Media Recruiting Group, Janet spent 17 years at Ogilvy and Mather Worldwide as a Senior Partner, Management Supervisor. She started her career in Advertising as a Media Buyer at DMBB and then as a Media Planner at Lintas Worldwide.
Sherry Fisher-Georgi, Senior Executive Recruiter
Sherry Fisher-Georgi recruits digital (online and mobile) pre-sale, post-sale and sales positions for Media Recruiting Group. These positions include marketing, sales development, sales planning, account management, client services, business development, ad operations, product management/marketing and user acquisition. Sherry’s focus also includes sellers in the broadcast industry. Prior to joining Media Recruiting Group, Sherry spent 10 years in consumer marketing at Condé Nast, with digital marketing being her focus.
