Client Services Manager

Description:
A healthcare website is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage accounts, on-board clients, provide customer service, and manage client projects.Responsibilities include:
- Serves as the liaison to the customer and oversees the development and management of strategic lead-gen program to customers and partners
- Manages interdepartmental coordination by scheduling and facilitating weekly meetings, tracking inter-department and customer/partner deliverables related to the development and maintenance of strategic lead-gen customer-facing initiatives
- Provide monthly performance reporting and analysis internally and to client
- Cultivate in-depth relationships with client and partners
- Meet face-to-face with clients and partners to enhance relationship building, customer satisfaction and revenue retention
- Research, prepare and develop client-facing POVs and presentations as needed
- Provide thought leadership and support for client teams across strategy, ideation, and execution
- As needed, lead new business initiatives including management of the proposal development and presentation process
- Training and management of a team at the associate/assistant level
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 4-year college degree
- Multiple years of relevant work experience
- At few years of customer-facing account management experience
- Background in business, digital media, marketing or communication.
- Demonstrated familiarity with digital media concepts, business models preferred
- Strong interest in digital new media space
- Candidate must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Point
