A hot digital company specializing in online music is seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with potential clientsResponsibilities include:
- Responsible for the growth, maintenance and enhancement of existing business
- Act as the point-of-contact for assigned clients, maintaining relationships and favorable
- contacts, and continuously meeting client expectations
- Cultivate positive business relationships with ad agencies and with brand managers
- Provide Industry and Advertiser specific insights to agencies and clients
- Proactively manage multiple advertiser client accounts
- Maximize performance and delivery across all campaigns
- Analyze campaign objectives vs. performance data and identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI
- Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Planning on new business opportunities
- Communicate across multiple departments including Analytics, Data, Delivery and planning to amplify client business
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Several years of business experience
- Commensurate years experience in online marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Keen understanding of Internet business models and common profit-and-loss methodologies
