An online pop-culture site is in search of a Sales Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic team of accomplished professionals. Candidates should have extensive digital experience in campaign management, ad serving platforms, optimization, analytics and metrics.Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all custom integrated online campaigns (collection of assets, posting elements of custom campaigns, managing custom integrations)
- Serve as primary internal liaison to: Creative; Engineering; Finance; Marketing; Operations; Production; Research; Sales teams
- Manage campaigns in their ad server and Network
- Receive all creative assets, test and QA
- Work with 3rd party servers to troubleshoot creative tags
- Support all campaigns when technical issues arise
- Strong technical understanding of the online advertising delivery systems and tools
- Hands-on experience with ad trafficking, de-bugging, data collection, online advertising site structures, and data collection
- Oversee remnant campaigns and ad networks
- Collaboration with Account Management teams and Sales Reps
- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to break down issues systematically and identify root causes
- Pull post sale reporting from 3rd party systems that represent revenue generated and traffic
- Optimization of campaigns: analyzing reporting to determine campaign performance data
- Manage internal reporting that represents total site inventory
- Reconcile primary to third party billing and invoice matters; work with finance on accurate revenue forecasting
- Create revenue and traffic reports
- Evaluate and develop Client Services processes and procedures with senior management
- Strong communication skills, an aptitude for technology, and a self-motivated attitude are keys to job satisfaction

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 3-5 years digital sales operations, project and campaign management experience
- Proficiency with numbers, metrics and analytics
- Ability to execute campaigns effectively across all departments
- Familiarity with reporting and process management
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in dealing with agency traffic/production contacts
- Working knowledge of online advertising best practices and fundamentals are critical.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a high energy, intense and constantly changing environment
- Quick on his/her feet, passionate and highly motivated and ambitious
- Ability to deliver accurate, professional work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, comScore, Ad Servers, Google Analytics and other related computer skills and research tools necessary
