Description:
A digital ad technology company serving the media industry is seeking a Partner Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the success of managing and maintaining strategic partners from both a business and operational point-of-view.Responsibilities include:
- Focusing on technical project management; manage multiple projects, define milestones, set priorities and communicate deadlines to internal and external customers
- Provide regular status updates, work to identify, escalate, and mitigate issues
- Create solutions to increase operational efficiency within operations team
- Track development, and manage product/ service launch plans
- Write business cases for service enhancements and improvements, and working with product development to execute and launch
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Previous experience in digital advertising or digital media
- Extensive experience in technical project/program management in product development or professional services
- Several years of related or equivalent experience in product/program/project management, or technology operations in internet/digital media, mobile or related industry
- Needs the ability to think strategically while also getting into the details of proper execution
- Strong relationship builder and cross-functional leader to effectively influence appropriate organizations
- Excellent organization skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong technical abilities, with understanding of digital ad serving
- Self-starter and able to work without direct supervision
- Must be resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
