Description:
A rapidly growing digital media company is seeking a Production Coordinator responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts that span across a variety of sectors and industries with a focus on creative planning and strategizing and campaign management.Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Account Managers and Sales Executives to effectively manage all post-sale online advertising activity to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with the client to strategize, plan, develop and deliver a creative and innovative marketing campaign
- Serve as a client contact through ideation, technical delivery of assets, and lifespan of the campaign
- Ensure that client expectations, special requests and timelines are managed accordingly for their ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting to the Account Managers and Sales Executives
- Identify opportunities for optimization in order to ensure a successful campaign while maximizing revenue
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Production or related discipline
- Commensurate years of relevant experience; digital experience and client services experience a plus
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Exceptional project management and time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and accounts
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor and attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
