Summary:
A profitable, successful Business-to-business (B2B) multi-platform digital/integrated media property is looking for an Account Executive in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Selling digital advertising, sponsored content, & event sponsorships
- Managing an entire sales cycle from inception to closure to up-sell including prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, justification, close, and handoff / teaming
- Outbound & inbound lead maturation and opportunity development to build a consistent and sustainable pipeline
- Contribute consistently in quarterly revenue attainment
- Collaborate with other team members in lead generation, marketing, and sales to define a scalable, efficient, and repeatable sales process
- Attend after-work networking events
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree
- Business-to-business (B2B) digital media sales experience
- Proven closer with the ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Successfully sold in B2B or technology solutions to non-technical people
- Thinks strategically, can follow through tactically and plan a sales campaign effectively
- Financial or Real Estate contacts a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent
- Passionate, motivated, with positive “can do” attitude – Resilient
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
