Summary:
An innovative mobile digital AdTech company is seeking an Account Executive. This individual will have a proven history of selling digital marketing solutions in CPG, Retail and OTC Brands to clients and agencies with the focus of driving retail activation for brands/retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales cycles and present the value of their solutions and services to executives
- Create growth oriented, reference-able and satisfied new customers within your assigned client list
- Accurately forecast and record keep sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com
- Be well versed in the solutions, services and processes we provide for our clients, and present on-line demos
- Be an expert in the CPG/retail and shopper marketing industry and share that knowledge with peers, clients, and prospects
- Represent the company at relevant conferences and trade shows as required
Qualifications:
- Experience with a consistent sales record of driving new business in a digital marketing space, with focus on CPG specifically
- A Rolodex of potential client and partner contacts in CPG, Retail, shopper marketing, and related markets
- Multi-year track record of success in carrying a quota of $1M at a minimum and over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in prior positions
- Proven track record of Major Account selling to Senior-Level decision-makers
- Driven, a self-starter, who loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by opening up partner channels for increased marketing visibility and sales opportunities
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- BA/BS degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Advertising or other related field
- Excellent references from both former clients and employers
