Summary:

A health and wellness engagement platform is seeking a talented Account Manager to oversee client programs, campaigns and other projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve desired goals. This person will be responsible to manage key stakeholder deliverables whom are accountable and responsible across multiple disciplines including: sales, marketing, media, strategy, analytics, creative, user experience, and technology. Reporting to the Director, this is a fast-paced, ever changing environment that is both demanding and fulfilling, involving strong communications skills with both internal and external staff.

Responsibilities:

  • The day-to-day management of multiple client programs and media campaigns
  • Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), ad trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels, creative assets and campaign reporting
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
  • Ability to incorporate internal and external performance data into revised delivery strategies to achieve client and Company goals
  • Attend onsite events as needed within the pre-sales process
  • Attend regular onsite client meetings with designated Sales Director
  • Regularly evaluate quality of content, managing external content creation, editorial and strategy resources
  • Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Knowledge and skill set to manage client expectations, the internal teams in the most productive direction
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences & Media/Advertising (media agency background preferred)
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Understanding and ability to use various business systems including: Salesforce, JIRA, MS Suite (Office 365, SharePoint/One Drive), Adobe Analytics, MOAT
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
