A global media, marketing, and consumer brands company is seeking a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for managing advertiser driven programs, from pitch to execution, for a set list of accounts. This includes media planning, campaign implementation, optimizations, reporting, project management, and business renewal.


  • Create media plans that range across scalable budgets
  • Implement and execute digital campaigns to ensure delivery and client objectives are met
  • Manage day to day operations of campaigns
  • Create timelines to schedule and oversee custom elements of campaigns
  • Work closely with internal departments in the pre- to post-sale process: Sales, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Influencer, Production/Design, Editorial, and Ad Operations
  • Generate Insertions Orders based on finalized plans
  • Oversee production budget in post-sale to stay within profitable margins
  • Develop wrap up reports for campaign completion for renewal of future business
  • Work with Finance and Ad Operations to resolve billing issues
  • Understand marketplace dynamics and become industry experts 


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Media planning/account management experience (preferably worked luxury accounts)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills; strong presentation skills in front of internal teams and clients
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Word
