Summary:

 A full-service advertising agency is seeking a Director of Integrated Media.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for effective media exposure across all channels
  • Responsible for overall operation of Media Department
  • Keep the agency on the leading edge of knowledge of all media technologies and offerings
  • Develop, nurture and train media teams
  • Work closely with Creative, Planning and Account Teams to provide early media input on emerging client initiatives
  • Client contact at the highest level
  • Oversees management of all media strategy/planning/negotiations
  • Source, develop and implement appropriate tools and systems for effective media management
  • Accountable for the media relationship with clients, including overall satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that work is on strategy, on time and on budget

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, analytical, creative and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Significant National and Retail experience required; Automotive experience is highly desirable
  • Must demonstrate superior client relationship skills
  • Fluent, strategic and creative in all aspects of media craft and media tools, while supervising all activities of the existing planning and buying team
  • Ability to provide significant contributions to the overall success of the company as well as to participate in new business efforts
