Summary:

A leading Data and Search Intelligence Company in the Media, Advertising and Programmatic space is looking for a Director of Publisher Solutions who will work closely with both the Product and Ad Operations Teams to manage the day-to-day operations. The candidate will be expected to actively engage in the acquisition process for new partners of our search data network as well as take complete ownership of key accounts, with full responsibility for managing and growing the relationships. S/he will also be involved in strategic initiatives to improve the assessment and application of our data resources to campaigns and Audience Insights Products. As the role grows, the Director of Publisher Solutions will build a Publisher Solutions team in NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, approach and acquire key publishers
  • Negotiate deal terms with new partners
  • Actively manage the relationship with existing publishers so that their performance benchmarks and expectations are met
  • Build and grow relationships with publisher contacts
  • Collect and maintain an active feedback loop into the refinement of company’s product suite
  • Create reports and actively assist in management of company’s suite of audience analytics
  • Assist in growing company’s Mobile Product
  • Engage with the Product Team to help expansion of Analytics products
  • Usage of CRM system to guarantee acquisition process is performed at maximum efficiency
  • Build a Publisher Solutions team for the US out of the NY office
  • Actively assist in production of external collateral material
  • Manage individual short to mid-term projects
  • Research into trade press and relevant industry events

Qualifications:

  • An analytical mind-set and methodical approach to working with data sets
  • A keen desire to grow knowledge of how AdTech works behind the scenes
  • Outstanding Excel skills, advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and negotiate deal terms
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple high-priority tasks at the same time
  • Interest in the AdTech industry, in particular in Online Display and Search
  • Proactive and solution-orientated approach
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Relevant experience in Online Display, Search, RTB, Ad Networks, Ad Tech industry or Publisher-side is ideal
  • Management experience preferred, or ready to manage is a plus
