A leading AdTech Company in the Media, Advertising and Programmatic space is seeking a Junior Programmatic Trader who be optimizing Search targeting display, video and mobile campaigns.


  • Optimize multiple Search Targeting Display campaigns
  • Optimize programmatic, direct response and brand advertising campaigns via real time bidding platforms
  • Use market leading DSPs, including Appnexus, DBM and Trade Desk
  • Liaise closely with Client Strategy, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments
  • Show consistency in managing margin on campaigns throughout the month, avoiding major fluctuations across the month
  • Identify problems on campaigns and communicate them to team leads
  • Identify which internal and external resources to use to hit client goals


  • Knowledge of the programmatic space gained through study, internships/industry experience
  • Be a strategic thinker, with a degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline, or experience working in AdOps team looking to take the next step
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively analyses data to make decisions that will improve the performance of a campaign
  • Ability to problem solve and not give up if ideas aren’t successful
