Summary:

A content marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing and executing all aspects of multiple marketing campaigns including social, email and other digital activations, while ensuring brand consistency. This position is strategic and well versed in a range of integrated solutions and digital trends to develop campaigns, determine key success metrics and conduct analysis to determine ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple sold programs, including social, email and other digital activations for customers
  • Provide marketing expertise for sales, including sell sheets, media kits and creative ideation
  • Identify campaign and program challenges through analysis, in order to optimize in real time for optimal ROI
  • Prepare and manage program budgets, timelines, and both internal and external creative resources
  • Monitor industry trends and solutions to identify new opportunities, keep abreast of new technologies and best practices
  • Assist with new business pitches and RFP responses with creative ideas
  • Establish and maintain a strong social presence and cultivate partnerships
  • Maintain brand continuity 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Marketing experience fully managing digital and print media campaigns
  • Knowledge of the latest social media and digital trends
  • Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills, with ability to conceptualize promotions and communicate purpose to creative team members
  • Solutions-oriented, with some experience working with clients
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with MailChimp, or similar email platform
  • CRM and project management software a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite and HTML skills a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint
