A fast-growing, exciting digital ad technology company is seeking a RVP of Sales for the East region who will lead a top-notch sales team, manage revenue-forecasting, reach and exceed sales goals, and hire and train sales professionals. This is an ideal role for an experienced digital media and programmatic sales leader looking for a fast paced, high growth opportunity. This is the perfect role for one who has built and managed sales teams, wants to work with extremely passionate people, understands the native and programmatic media landscape, and knows how to motivate and lead a growing team. The candidate should be someone who can build the foundations of a rock star team while also bringing in revenue of his or her own.


  • Structure and streamline the sales team for optimal efficiency
  • Manage, mentor and train existing sales team by setting them up for success
  • Be the subject matter expert in programmatic media by keeping up to date with cutting edge industry trends
  • Collaborate with sales planning teams to craft sales packages around new and existing programs
  • Recruit and onboard new sales professionals to join the team
  • Pursue your own partnership leads through an existing book of business


  • Prior experience as a sales leader in the digital media and/or publisher space
  • Proven track record of winning and growing business
  • Experience leading and managing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills – must have experience presenting to high-level clients with complete composure
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)
  • Commitment to excellence – working with hustle, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
