Summary

A long-standing, successful digital media/customer acquisition company with a long-term, relationship-based philosophy, is seeking a Sales Director to help drive revenue and grow sales. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving revenue and growth by prospecting and closing deals, including building a plan of action, prioritizing business opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline, and following up with leads in a timely fashion
  • Track and manage sales across the entire process: from the customer proposal to final report/review
  • Make recommendations based on client needs to support the development of sales growth
  • Ensuring sales targets are met
  • Help to implement the deals sold, supporting, monitoring, and optimizing

Qualifications:

  • Performance-based sales, LeadGen experience greatly preferred 
  • Must be a high-energy “hunter” with the ability to bring in new business
  • Experience working with B2C accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas/goals
  • Understands how to build successful, mutually beneficial, long-term customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree
