Summary:

A leading Data and Search Intelligence Digital company in the Programmatic space is seeking a Sales Director who will be leading an agency group responsible for selling company’s products to advertising buyers in the US. The candidate must have extensive media buyer/planner contacts at key US agencies and trading desks, and must be able to demonstrate a proven sales history. The candidate will also have experience and knowledge of the programmatic market.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling DR, Brand and video advertising products
  • Sourcing, pitching and closing Digital/Programmatic planning and buying agency deals
  • Helping to build sales strategy for a given agency group
  • Managing pipeline
  • Identifying commercial opportunities within an agency group and working with the senior management team to bring those to market
  • Forecasting and delivering revenue growth across an agency group, including negotiating trading deals and delivering on those forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing Sales role within digital media
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying
  • Strong understanding of online advertising, digital media-buying ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the digital media market and trends
  • Excellent knowledge of the DR, brand and video markets
  • Ability to work and influence cross-functionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude, presentation skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative
