Summary

A leading digital platform is looking for a passionate and creative Sales Strategy Lead to join their team in NYC. The Sales Strategy Lead will support all aspects of the business, with a focus on digital ad sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with existing campaigns, including:
    • Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts
    • Prepare all client reporting including mid-campaign and post-campaign analysis
    • Proactively identify upsell opportunities
    • Reconcile billing on a monthly basis
  • Ability to develop, maintain and train the team on any new and/or existing sales-related workflow processes to ensure cross-team efficiencies and maintain proper data maintenance for down-stream
  • Manage and oversee all revenue forecasts for individual accounts as well as team accounts and report out to Senior Director on a weekly basis
  • Assist Senior Director with inventory & forecasting based on internal YoY analysis and marketplace shifts
  • Manage and maintain workflow processes with internal and cross-functional teams  
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of core product offering, advertising solutions, and competitive advantage and be able to effectively communicate with internal teams and clients
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams on campaign execution & implementation to ensure a seamless launch
  • Contribute to the growth of the Sales Strategy team by managing day-to-day operations
  • Reports into the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Development

  • Ability to cultivate relationships with new, existing and re-engaged clients to improve retention and maximize client satisfaction
  • Ability to successfully lead a team of Sales Strategists to maximize productivity and results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business (or other related fields)
  • Client management or account management experience (Online Advertising)
  • Management/leadership experience
  • Experienced understanding of online media and technology
  • Strong ability to analyze data to tell a compelling story and improve client retention
  • Exceptional presentation, written and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Experience using Google Ad Manager, Tableau, Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A motivational leader with the ability to inspire and build a strong team
