Summary:
A fast-growing, exciting start-up company in the creative advertising technology space focused on social and Advanced TV advertising, is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager person.
Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day marketing activities; content, paid advertising, website and lead generation campaigns executed internally and by outsourcing vendors
- Develop relationships with key industry organizations/events, brainstorm company activations/participation/sponsorships, and ensure that company participation rises above expectations
- Be a keeper of the brand and communication guidelines, ensure that everything that goes out the door represents the company brand at its best
- Work closely with the company’s PR company
- Concept, pitch and deliver on your ideas to raise the company’s profile amongst its potential customers
- Develop a methodology to track success metrics associated with all marketing efforts, reporting up through the company
- Other unique ideas you and the marketing team will come up with, plan and execute
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing for an ad-tech company or in a closely related field
- Experience working with sellers
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Basic knowledge of the key tactics mentioned above, especially lead generation and events (extra points if you know your way around HubSpot or Marketo)
- Strong communication and writing skills, the ability to tell compelling stories and develop interesting takes on industry topics, highly capable in either PowerPoint or Keynote
- Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising/marketing communications (brand-driven, response-driven, promotion-driven, etc.)
- Knowledge of the structure and underlying business priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, advertising planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.)
- Self-motivated, hard charger who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business
- Ability to interface effectively with key internal management team members
